'I work in drawing and print. Much of my work concerns representations of hair; a subject rich in cultural significance which also has distinct physical and visual properties. I’m interested in learning from the past and bringing those studies into the present. More recently I have begun to use new materials and processes allowing me to experiment and broaden my practice. The resulting work is often but not always representational'.
