What are the studios like?

As one of the top 3 studios in Bristol, we are so proud of the range of artists and businesses within our walls. We are always looking to add to the talent here and we really value community. All our studios are large rooms that are sub divided into smaller sections for individual artists/businesses.

How does the application process work?

Each application is considered carefully, not just on quality of work, but also whether you are a good fit for the space and whether it fits your artistic/creative needs. Where we can, we try to keep the painters together, the ceramicists and their kilns together and the woodworkers with their dust among all the other creatives in the building.

With so many different things going on within the corridors, its good to have some order and it also means that we can offer one another a helping hand more easily if it is needed.

To apply for a space, please apply via this button below after reading all the following information and fill in our online form with

as much detail as possible about you and your work.

What happens after I submit my application?

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to apply! Depending on the demand, sometimes we have a few spaces, sometimes we have none. And as we mentioned above, it all comes down to whether you are a good fit for the space - size, type of work, the hours you will be dedicating to your space and so on.

We will get in touch as and when something suitable for you becomes available. Due to the number of applications we receive, we are unable to respond to your applications straight away, only when we have a space to show you.

How much are the spaces?

This very much depends on the size and location within the building. All spaces are individually and fairly priced by the management team and we can proudly say, are an exceptionally fair rate when compared to other studio spaces within Bristol.

How long do I have to commit for?

We appreciate that in todays' society, our lives chop and change frequently but we do ask for a years commitment as there is quite a bit of work involved and the demand for space is so high. It is important to us that you are committed to your space, its a great community to be a part of.

We are familiar with our artists needing to work abroad/travel from time to time so sublets do come up but again, we will be in time should we think you are a suitable fit for the space.
