I am a graphic designer, illustrator and a typographic artist. 

 

‘Anything with type and I’m there.’ 

 

I’ve worked as a graphic designer for 30+ years after leaving Salisbury Art College in the early 90s. Starting a number of design companies in Bristol, working with festivals, arts organisations, musicians and artists. Being very fortunate to work with a variety of creative and talented people.

 

Recently I’ve been exploring typography with letterpress, screen-printing, collage and painting. Looking for the opposite of digital type. Embracing mess and mistakes. 

 

My work has been shown as part of the 'Background Bob' group shows at First Site, Colchester and I’ve painted murals at various paint festivals, including Upfest, Bristol and Look Up, Portsmouth. I’ve won a couple of graphic design awards too.
