Victoria Budgett is a freelance storyboard, visual development artist who, as her art style suggests, has a fun, friendly, upbeat and outgoing personality. Always looking for exciting new roles and opportunities to work with in a team and help bring an idea to life. Vicky has always had a passion for illustrating and conveying ideas through the use of visual content and storytelling. ​

She has been fortunate enough to have worked on a wide array of commercials, short films and mini online series. And even managed to bag her self a credit on the 2023 Oscar short animated film. ‘ The Boy The Mole The Fox and The Horse.' 

After studying Animation production at the Arts University Bournemouth, She has turned her creative hands towards directing short films, illustrating concept work and character designs for a multitude of projects. But her first love is storyboarding and has managed to build a portfolio of dynamic and compelling boards, used for clients from all disciplines. Channel 4, International Space agency and Netflix to name a few. Working closely with the art director/ visionary, she enjoys building a relationship to help  translate an idea, often confined to someones mind in to clear, readable content in the form of visual animatics and boards. Something that can be read and understood by the entire team and client.
